Creative Resources was founded in 1987 by Richard Spaziano to provide a wide range of financial products and services to corporate and individual clients.

Richard Spaziano

Richard Spaziano is the President of Creative Resources, Inc. and Creative Resources Investment Advisors, Inc. (a SEC Registered Investment Advisor).Over the last 20 years, Creative Resources, Inc. has grown to what we believe is a premier investment and insurance based solutions company for high net worth individuals and corporations.

Prior to forming the Creative Resources companies, he was Executive Vice President and Partner of Brokers’ Service Marketing Group, where he spent ten years marketing life insurance, retirement benefit plans, and structured settlement annuities.

Richard graduated cum laude with a bachelor’s degree from Dartmouth College. He also received his CLU degree from the American College. While at Dartmouth he played football and track.

Armand Spaziano

Armand Spaziano serves as Chief Investment Officer at Creative Resources Investment Advisors LLC. In this role, he is responsible for setting firm-wide investment policy and overseeing its implementation. Armand has extensive experience in security analysis and portfolio management.

Additionally, Armand is President and CEO of Roman Capitol Partners LLC, a sister company of Creative Resources Investment Advisors LLC. Roman Capitol provides investment services and solutions in the Life Insurance Settlement market.

Prior to assuming his position at Creative Resources Investment Advisors, Armand worked for State Street Bank & Trust and Scudder Funds Corporation.

Armand received his BA in Business Administration from the University of Rhode Island, where he is currently working toward his MBA in Finance. Additionally, he is currently enrolled in the Association of Investment Management and Research CFA Candidate Program.

Armand's professional affiliations include the Association for Investment Management and Research (AIMR), the Boston Security Analysts Society (BSAS), and the Providence Society of Financial Analysis (PSFA).

Amy B. Conti

Amy Conti serves as the Customer Service Manager/Chief Custodial Relationship Manager at Creative Resource Investment Advisors LLC. Amy currently oversees the servicing of more than 500 client relationships and is responsible for the day-to-day custodial interfacing.

Amy received her Bachelor's in English from the University of Rhode Island and completed the Executive Assistant Program at the Katherine Gibbs School.
