Your privacy is important to us.  We are sending you this privacy notice to help you understand how we handle the personal information about you that we collect and may disclose.  We want you to know that the information collected is used only for business purposes that are relevant to your relationship with us.  This notice reviews our policies and practices for collecting, sharing, and safeguarding of your personal information.  Please read the Notice carefully.

Information We Collect

We do collect personal information in the normal course of business in order to administer your account(s) and to deliver superior service.

The information collected will differ based on the requirements of the type of account and the service that you contracted for, but may include:

1)Information from you

a)Information that we receive from you on applications, new account or other forms that you fill out when you request our services, such as your name, address and social security number, as well as:

i)For investment advisory services –personal and household information, income, net worth, income tax rate, investment objectives, financial goals, statements of account, assets (including employee benefits and retirement plan interests), wills, trusts, mortgages, tax returns, and other financial records;

2)Information from sources other than you

i)Information about transactions with affiliates, custodians, and other broker/dealers, such as account values and transaction details;

ii)Information collected or developed by issuers of securities you own, in order to issue, administer and process transactions in such securities, such as share values, purchases and redemptions.

Disclosure of Information to Provide Service for Your Accounts

We do not disclose nonpublic personal information about our customers or former customer to anyone, except as permitted or required by law. 

We do not share information with non-affiliated companies unless you have given us permission to do so, or unless it is necessary to maintain or service your account.   If the services of third party providers are required, they are contractually obligated to maintain strict confidentiality.  We limit their use of your personal information to the performance of the specific service we have requested.

We may disclose or report personal information in limited circumstances where we believe in good faith that disclosure is required or permitted under law, for example, to cooperate with regulators or law enforcement authorities, resolve consumer disputes, or to prevent fraud.

We restrict access to nonpublic personal information to our affiliates, employees and agents for business purposes only. All of our employees are trained and required to protect the confidentially of your information.  Employees who violate our policies and procedures regarding privacy are subject to disciplinary action.  We maintain physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards that comply with all applicable laws to protect your nonpublic personal information.  This includes the collection, maintenance and disposal of such information.

If you close your account(s), if your account(s) become inactive or if, for some reason, you are no longer a customer, we will continue to protect your information as stated in these policies.

Sharing Information

We will not sell or rent customer information or lists to non-affiliated third parties for the purposes of marketing their products or services.

We will provide notice of changes in our information-sharing practices.  If, at any time in the future, it is necessary to disclose any of your personal information in a way that is inconsistent with this policy, we will give you advance notice of the proposed change so that you will have the opportunity to opt out of such disclosure.

Updating Our Records

We continue to evaluate our efforts to protect personal information and make every effort to keep your personal information accurate and up to date.  You have the right to obtain access to the personal information we have recorded about you.  If you identify any inaccuracy in your personal information, or you need to make a change to that information, please contact us so that we may promptly update our records.
